Exhibitors
The 9th annual National Black Book Festival is
scheduled for Oct. 27-29, 2016 at Fallbrook Church (Gymnasium), 12512 Walters Rd.,
in Northwest Houston and is sponsored by Cushcity.com, one of the leading Web sites
promoting African-American literature. Although vendor space for the
2016 event has been sold out since July 31st, a few tables have recently
become available due to cancellation. This page will remain active as
long as the spaces are still available and they are available on a
first-come, first-serve basis. To reserve your table, scroll down
to pay the $350.00 registration fee. Your name and link will be added to
the NBBF website within 24 hours and you will also receive a promotional post
on the NBBF Facebook page that has 77,000+ fans.
The Festival will have FREE ADMISSION to the
public and this 9th annual event will feature

The 2016 Festival will be marketed nationwide to over 1,100
Black book clubs, 25,000 book readers and 100 libraries. National and local media will be apprised of the event.
A full-color NBBF Newspaper will be distributed to schools throughout
the greater Houston area during the weeks leading up to the event.
The newspaper will include the full Festival schedule, as well as
information on featured authors, entertainment and workshop presenters.
A promotional video will be heavily promoted throughout the NBBF social
media network, which is in excess of 77,000 fans.
Authors may obtain a draped table during the Festival. Author
tables include two chairs, two badges (for an assistant, if needed) and
table signage. In addition, authors who register with tables will
receive one (1) ticket to both breakfasts on Friday and Saturday. Authors will be
grouped according to genre for easy reader navigation through the Festival
spaces.

NOTE: Since
the 2016 Festival will be held on church property, the display of books
with profanity or nudity on the covers is strictly
prohibited. In addition, books in the erotica genre cannot be displayed.

Small Business/Educational
Institution Tables

NBBF accepts a limited number of
non-book/small business and institutional vendors. The standard
registration rate for small business vendor tables is only
$400.00. The small business/institution vendor packet should be downloaded and
reviewed by all vendors who reserve tables, and is available here:

Once payment is made, the vendor's name and link are added to
the NBBF web site and remain there until October 31, 2016, which provides
the vendor with months of free exposure. Tables include two (2)
tickets to both breakfasts on Friday and Saturday. A 50% deposit of
$200.00 is required and must be paid no later than May 31, 2016. To make your $200.00

Publisher Exhibits

The standard registration rate for publisher exhibits is only
$500.00
and a deposit of 50% must be paid no later than May 31st, 2016.
The remaining balance is due by Sept. 30, 2016.
Publisher exhibits include a
12' x 6' draped table, 4 chairs, 4 vendor badges and table signage and 4 tickets to
both the Friday and Saturday breakfasts. The

Corporations
[SOLD OUT]
The standard registration rate for corporate exhibits is only
$700.00
and a 50% deposit must be paid no later than June 30, 2016.
The remaining balance is due by July 31, 2015. Corporate exhibits include a
10' x 10' exhibit space, which can accommodate a modular corporate
exhibit or NBBF can provide the draped table space in a premium location for the
Festival. Corporate exhibitors receive 6 chairs, 6 vendor badges and table signage,
as well as 6 tickets to all NBBF special events. The
